15:00Islamicity Foundation is een organisatie die landen beoordeelt op vier gebieden op basis van islamitische principes, te weten op het gebied van Economy (Economie); Legal and Governance (Wetgeving en Openbaarheid van Bestuur); Human and Political Rights (Mensen- en Politieke Rechten) en International Relations (Internationale Betrekkingen).
Voor elk van de vier gebieden wordt een ‘rapportcijfer’ toegekend, en uit de cijfers van de vier gebieden volgt een gemiddeld cijfer.
Onderstaand de rapportcijfers van Suriname over 2015 tot en met 2018.

Bij een opiniepeiling in 2016 en 2019 kreeg de Surinaamse regering een gemiddeld rapportcijfer van respectievelijk 4,3 om 4,4. Islamicity gaf Suriname over 2016 en 2018 een gemiddeld rapportcijfer van respectievelijk 4,4 om 4,5. Dus opiniepeiling en Islamicity zitten op één lijn.
Minister Hoefdraad kreeg van de burgers een 3,4 voor zijn werk in 2018 en een 3,3 voor 2016. Islamicity gaf 2,2 (2018) om 3,6 (2016). Opiniepeiling en Islamicity bijna op één lijn.

Ter vergelijking onderstaand de rapportcijfers van ons ex-moederland Nederland, een land die geen ambassadeur heeft in Suriname enkel en alleen omdat zijne dictatorheid Bouterse het niet wil.

Uit de Islamicity Index Ranking blijkt, dat moslimlanden het heel slecht scoren. Ook uit de Ranglijst Christenvervolging blijkt hetzelfde.

Appendix: Islamicity Foundation
Our mission is to stimulate peaceful reform in Muslim countries by encouraging effective institutions.
The Islamicity Indices substantiate the observation that Western countries better reflect Islamic institutions than do countries that profess Islam and also provide the compass for renewal and progress in Muslim countries.
The Islamicity Indices enable Muslims to focus on the indisputable source of their religion—the Qur’an—and are a continuous performance indicator of their rulers, governments and communities. The Indices also provide a simple approach to explain Islam to the non-Muslim world. With a better understanding of Islam in both Muslim and non-Muslim communities, peaceful reform and effective institutions will be more readily achieved in Muslim countries.
